Skilled workers sew cut pieces together with consistent stitch density. Every seam checked for strength and uniformity.

Premium PP cotton filling injected to exact weight specifications. Hand shaping ensures proper proportions and softness.

Hand-sewn closing stitches, trimming loose threads, attaching accessories, and final grooming of plush fur.

100% final inspection covering appearance, dimensions, weight, safety, and cleanliness. Defective items reworked or rejected.

Individual poly bags, hang tags, and custom retail packaging. Carton labeling and AQL sampling before container loading.
